R&D Paving is a family owned paving and snow contractor, based in Franklin, New Hampshire, offering services for residential, commercial, and municipal clients across the state. Founded in 1990 by Richard, Donald (the R&D), and Nancy DuBreuil, the company began operating out of an office in their basement and with just a few trucks. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, R&D Paving has grown to be the company that it is today.

The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) awarded R&D Paving, Inc. the 2013 Quality of Construction Award in recognition of excellence in asphalt paving for the 2011 Runway Project at Parlin Field Airport in Newport, NH.
